Granulator:
The machine's core components are German, Italian, or European, and it incorporates the latest German technologies available in the world of used tire recycling. The final product produced has high international quality standards.

The granules produced are cut by blades with sharp edges, enabling the granulator to efficiently shred large tire pieces from the shredder into granules, which will later be separated by size using the vibrating screen.

The blade design and assembly on the rotating shaft feature advanced intelligence, with each blade having four claws. This allows the operator to replace a claw in case of damage to any one of them.

These blades are known for their durability, as they can continue to operate for up to 4 years without needing claw replacement, thanks to the high-quality materials selected.

The excellent cooling cycle within the granulator ensures the blades maintain their hardness, guaranteeing high-quality output.

Our design incorporates easy disassembly and reassembly of all machine parts, ensuring low-cost, simple maintenance, which is one of the key advantages of our manufacturing.

Magnetic Separation Units:
These units operate using powerful magnets specifically designed to separate the steel wire found in tires after the shredding process. The magnets capture the wire and separate it from the rubber granules automatically, ensuring smooth and continuous production with high quality.

Each unit contains over 54 magnetic pieces, each measuring 15*10*2.5 cm, arranged in a tile pattern on the separation conveyor.

These magnets cover large areas of the conveyor, making them capable of effectively attracting the metal wire at a rate of up to 99%, ensuring that the final product contains the least possible amount of wire. This is a global quality standard, making the product ideal for use in various applications requiring high-purity materials.
